DISNEY SHOE ORNAMENTS
Remember those character ear hat ornaments released last summer? They were so popular they were the inspiration for these new shoe ornaments with artwork created by Disney Design Group artists Cody Reynold sand Costa Alavezos.
The shoes each measure approximately 3 inches long by 3.5 inches tall. All of them contain a removable ribbon attachment, which is perfect for those interested in displaying them year round.
The details are magnificent, smart and beautiful; such as Mary Poppins’ parrot heel (like her umbrella handle), the playing cards inside the Queen of Hearts one, the bone heel in Jack Skellington’s, the shell in Ursula’s, Aurora’s crown and Ariel’s tail. What’s not to love, I want them all! You will be able to purchase them all starting this summer at the Disney store online.
Which one are you dying to get for yourself?

I might need a whole other suitcase just for these
DO WANT
the first thing i buy in Disneyland will be…
I want these to be real shoes.
I WILL TELL YOU FRIEND. what i do is i use the marker brush in SAI, which should have these settings (i dont remember if ive changed them or if it’s the default)
for all the pokemon drawings i use the color black, but the marker tool works the same way regardless of what you pick. the darkest color you can put down is the one you pick, and it doesnt blend on top of itself so you can put down a hard line with it and then go over it with light pen pressure and it’ll just go a little lighter but keep the dark line. hope that makes sense.
ANYWAY this is what weepinduo looked like before i slapped my texture over it
exciting. i get my textures from here though i pretty much always just use this one. i set the layer to overlay and badabing badaboom
if i want to make it look a different color i just adjust the hue/saturation of the texture layer, which is how i made shellgey purple or fearlithe reddish. i hope this has been informative!!!
The Fifth project was by far my favourite, not least of all because we were asked to re-imagine characters and settings from DANG-ASS-DANG ADVENTURE TIME!
I also learned how hard it was to follow character briefs whilst making the characters look original from the show. It’s quite hard.
A comic I wanted to get out of my system. I drew it the other day but only now had a chance to colour the first page.
Are demon girls cliché yet?
